My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, intergenerational therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Emotional Freedom Tapping Techniques to help you manage stress, break patterns, and heal from trauma.

Proverbs 15:22 and 24:6 tell us there is wisdom in many counselors. This is because when we are emotionally caught up in our own situation, it's hard to see possible solutions. An objective, trained counselor may help you consider alternatives you had not yet considered.
